Privacy at the core
Two private, linked accounts. What you mark private stays private — protected on the server, not just hidden in the app. Works in five languages, light and dark theme, on phone and computer.
Chat messages, photos and calendar entries are locked to your couple on the server. Photos are stored privately, private events never leave your account, and no one else — not even other users — can read them.
Foundation first — or straight in
Desire, Secret and the body map start locked, so everyday care can come first. When you both feel ready, each of you taps “I'm ready” — and everything opens at once. No waiting period: couples who are already there can unlock on day one. Either of you can pause anytime in Settings, and nothing is deleted.
Hearts that pay off
Earn Hearts when your partner rates what you do, or praises something spontaneous. Spend them on rewards — and suggest your own, like a cosy evening, a date or time to yourself. Your partner approves, adjusts the price or declines.
Install as an app
iPhone: open in Safari, tap Share and choose “Add to Home Screen”. It then opens in full screen.
iPhone with Chrome: tap the Share icon in the address bar (or ⋯ → Share) and choose “Add to Home Screen”. If it's missing, choose “Open in Safari” and add it from there.
Android: open in Chrome, tap the ⋮ menu and choose “Install app” or “Add to Home screen”.
Questions & answers
How do I add the app to my home screen?+
iPhone with Safari: tap Share → “Add to Home Screen”. iPhone with Chrome: tap Share in the address bar (or ⋯ → Share) → “Add to Home Screen”. Android: Chrome menu ⋮ → “Install app”. The app then opens in full screen.
Why don't I get notifications when the app is closed?+
On iPhone, notifications only work when the app is added to the home screen and you have allowed notifications. Inside the app, the bell updates instantly while it is open.
How do we unlock Desire and Secret?+
Both of you tap “I'm ready” on your own account. It opens at once — no waiting period. Either of you can pause it in Settings, and nothing is deleted.
What can we do with our Hearts?+
Earn them when your partner rates what you do. Spend them on rewards on the Us tab, or suggest your own — a cosy evening, a date or time to yourself.
How private are secret fantasies?+
What you mark private is protected on the server, not just hidden in the app. A Secret Match is only revealed when you both agree.
How do I delete my account?+
Go to Settings (⚙️ at the top) → Delete account. Your saved data is removed. Questions? support@justknowme.com
Who can read our chat and see our photos?+
Only the two of you. Messages and photos are tied to your couple and protected on the server; photos are stored in a private space and compressed before upload. Notifications go only to your partner.
How does the calendar keep surprises secret?+
Each event is Shared (both see everything), Surprise (your partner only sees that the time is busy — never title or notes) or Private (only you). Reminders are personal and can be turned off.
What is the relationship profile based on?+
It builds on attachment theory (the ECR model used in couples research) and the Big Five personality model, plus love languages. 15 quick statements, about 3 minutes. It's private until you choose to share it with your partner.
How does “Who of us?” work?+
Pick Everyday or Desire and answer 8 random questions: me, both or my partner. Play at the same time or at your own pace — your partner is notified when it's their turn. When both are done you see where you agree, and each get 15 Hearts.
Do my settings follow me to other devices?+
Yes. Theme and language are saved to your account, so they're the same on your phone, tablet, computer and the app.
