Just Know Me is built for the most private thing you have — your relationship. Here is, in plain words, what we store, why, and how you stay in control.
Account details: email address, first name and sign-in credentials.
What you enter yourself: Love Base, love languages, actions and ratings, rewards, secret wishes, intimate preferences and body map.
Settings such as language and theme.
Anonymous visit statistics (pages viewed, country and device type) to improve the app.
All data is stored encrypted on your account and protected by access rules inside the database itself — not just in the app.
Secret wishes, private body zones and intimate answers are never visible to your partner unless you choose so. Secret Match is only revealed when you both actively consent.
We never sell your data, show no third-party ads and never share your content with anyone other than the partner you chose to connect with.
You can edit or remove anything you have written in the app at any time.
You can delete your entire account under Settings (⚙️ at the top) → Delete account. This immediately and permanently deletes your account and all stored data: profile, Love Base, wishes, consents, intimate preferences, body map and redeemed codes. The couple link is removed along with your shared history; your partner's own account and data remain.
You may also request a copy of your data or ask how it is handled.
Messages and photos in the couple chat can only be read by the two of you. Photos are compressed on your device and stored in a private space tied to your couple.
Calendar events are shared, private or “surprise”. With a surprise, your partner only sees that the time is busy — never the title or notes. Reminders are personal.
Your relationship profile answers stay private until you choose to share the result with your partner, and you can stop sharing at any time.
In “Who of us?” your partner only sees your answers once you have both answered the same round. The test is a conversation starter, not a psychological assessment.
Theme and language are saved to your account so the app looks the same wherever you sign in.
Data is hosted by secure cloud providers who process it only to run the service. Google sign-in uses Google's login, but we only receive your email and name.
